Check-Ins

  • Guests may check in anytime after 4 p.m.  A random 4 digit code will be provided prior to check and will not be alive until after 4 p.m. If guests need to check in a little earlier, please contact me directly to see if facility is ready.   
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if need to check in earlier.  There will be a $50 charge if need to check in sooner.  
  • YOUR ACCESS CODE FOR ENTIRE STAY WILL BE TEXT/EMAIL TO YOU CONSISTING OF 4 DIGITS xxxx.  

     

TO UNOCK:  Enter code followed by check sign symbol at the lower right side of keypad.  

TO LOCK:  Enter code followed by check sign symbol at the lower right side of keypad.  Door will also automatically lock after 30 seconds.


  • Park cars on driveway if possible.
  • EMERGENCY:  If lock fails for any reason, please call or text us.  We will try to remedy situation immediately.  We also have a lock box with a key on property if needed.  We can give you directions so you can get in.


Air Conditioning, Heating, and Fan

Our home has central heat and air conditioning

  • Thermostats:  Located in the hallway next to one of the bathroom
  • Temperatures are pre-set in Fahrenheit:   
    • Summer:  75;  Winter:  69
  • Do NOT change system settings cool/heat/auto.  Leave fan on auto positions at all times.
  • You can make adjusments to suit your comfort level by pushing the up and down arrows.
  • Keep all windows and doors closed while the AC is running.
  • Please do NOT raise or lower the blinds.  If need to adjust blinds please use rod to allow more sunlight in or block as needed.
  • Fans and lighting for some rooms are controlled by remote located on the wall or on valet tray.


Kitchen Appliances

  • Range:  Please turn on "hood exhaust fan" during and after cooking.  Also refrain from cooking anything that could leave a strong odor behand.  Thank you for helping us to keep our home smelling clean for all our guests
  • Dishwasher:  We ask that you just load it and we will run the dishwasher after you depart.  If you are here for a long stay, it's very simple, we promise!.  We provide pods located under the sink.  You will need to put one pod into the flip box contaiiner on the inside of the dishwasher door.  Then press the program button your your choice.  There are a few settings which are obvious.  Then press the start button.  
  • Refrigerator/Freezer:  You should not need to adjust any settings.  If you run into any difficulties, please let us know.
  • Nespresso, Milk Frother:  Pods are free for you to use.  please rinse and clean after each use.  We will descale and thoroughly clean after each guest visit.


Cancellation

Please review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth process for any adjustment to your reservation. 

At 2 Treehouse LLC we are simple and flexible.  We understand unforeseen situations  can arise with short or no notice.  Life happens, so we want you be worry-free.  Guests can cancel any reservations 24 HOURS prior to check-in without any risks of penalty for a full refund minus any fees if any.  There unfortunately will be NO refunds provided for any cancellations after check-in period.  Any unused nights are thus forfeited.  If a guest cancels after checking in, they are expected to leave the property immediately.
